1. Make Sure your information are complete and accurate before submitting the registration.
2. Your registration request will be sent to Fibrex Supplier Administration team for evaluation.You will be kept informed of the progress of your registration by automatic notification e-mails.
3. Make sure the below documents are available and ready for attachment while registering:
- Valid Trade/Commercial License *
- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.
- Signature of the authorized signatory *
- Recent Employees List from MOL (for subcontractor and labour supply) *
- Insurance Certificate (mandatory for subcontractors and labor supply) *
- Company Profile
- List of major customers/projects
- ISO Certificate
- QA/QC Policy
- HSE Certificate
- Any necessary certificate related to your materials
